THE INFLUENCE OF WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT PELINDO JASA MARITIM

This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and associative research design. The population in this study consists of 172 employees, with a sample of 63 employees. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach based on specific criteria. The results of the study indicate that the work environment influences employee performance by 66.2%.
