Peer Review Process

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to Business Journal: Jurnal Bisnis dan Sosial initially screened by the editorial team to evaluate its relevance, originality, and compliance with the journal’s guidelines. Manuscripts that pass this stage are assigned to at least two reviewers through a double-blind review system, in which both the author(s) and reviewers remain anonymous. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and provide constructive feedback on the manuscript’s contribution, theoretical foundation, methodology, analysis, and clarity of presentation.

The review process may result in one of the following editorial decisions:

  1. Accepted without revisions.
  2. Accepted with minor revisions.
  3. Accepted with major revisions (with possible re-review).
  4. Rejected.

The editorial decision is final and will be communicated to the author(s) along with reviewers’ comments. The review process typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the responsiveness of reviewers and the complexity of revisions.
