Abstract
The problem at Fourteen Adventure is the rental transaction process which still uses written notes and inventory using Spreadsheet. Recording transactions using written notes creates queues, especially during unpredictable crowded conditions. Inventory recording using Spreadsheet causes the inability to update the stock of incoming and outgoing items in real time resulting in delays in recording and updating stock. Therefore, a system that can digitize integrated transaction and inventory recording is needed. The solution that can be applied is the implementation of an ERP system using Odoo. The purpose of the implementation is to record transaction data digitally so that transaction data is stored in a structured manner and integrated with inventory to facilitate inspection of goods movement. The implementation is carried out using the Rapid Application Development method which is suitable for rapid development. The stages in this method include requirement planning, RAD design workshop, and implementation. To ensure the suitability of system functions, Black box testing and User Acceptance Testing were conducted. Black box testing shows that the system runs 100% according to the expected functions. The results of User Acceptance Testing show the overall quality of the system according to the head of the store is very good with a percentage of 84.8% and according to the sales staff is good with a percentage of 73.4%.
