Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The manuscript follows the official journal template.
  • The plagiarism score is below 25% (checked via iThenticate).
  • The minimum reference count (15) and recency requirement (80% from the last 5 years) are met.
  • All author details and affiliations are correctly listed.
  • The manuscript has not been submitted or published elsewhere.

Author Guidelines

The authors must refer to IJoICT Journal for writing format and style (Please download and use the template for initial manuscript submission). Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guideline to authors will not be processed.

Papers must be written in English.

It is now the policy of IJoICT Indonesian Journal of Information and Communications Technology to ask the author of each submitted paper to nominate three prospective reviewers for the paper. The Editor of IJoICT is very grateful if you could send us names and full contact details (including correct email address) of three individuals who have significant experience in the area covered by your paper.  The Editor then will select one of them and send your paper to him/her asking if they are willing to act as a reviewer of your paper. The Editor will also send your paper to two additional reviewers from our reviewers.

As soon as you send us your suggestions for reviewers, your paper (if it has matched with the guide for authors) will be sent out for review.  The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully in 30 to 60 days.

Kindly please download the template of the IJoICT (MS Word).
