Analisis Kebijakan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) Berdasarkan Residual Dividend Policy (RDP) Pada Pt Bukit Asam Tbk Untuk Keberlanjutan Perusahaan Dengan Menggunakan Simulasi Monte Carlo

Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis kebijakan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) optimal pada PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) menggunakan pendekatan Residual Dividend Policy (RDP) dan simulasi Monte Carlo. Data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan PTBA, data historis harga saham, dan kebutuhan investasi transisi energi periode 2020–2023 digunakan untuk memproyeksikan skenario DPR optimal selama lima tahun ke depan. Model mempertimbangkan variabel laba bersih, capital expenditure (CAPEX), dan kebutuhan investasi strategis. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan DPR optimal bersifat progresif, dimulai dari 15% pada tahun pertama dan meningkat hingga 30% pada tahun kelima. Skema ini memungkinkan PTBA menahan sebagian besar laba bersih untuk mendanai investasi strategis, khususnya proyek Energi Baru dan Terbarukan (EBT), tanpa mengorbankan daya tarik dividen bagi investor. Validasi model dilakukan dengan interval kepercayaan 95% dan benchmarking dengan perusahaan sejenis di sektor energi dan pertambangan. Implikasi kebijakan ini adalah memperkuat posisi keuangan PTBA, mempercepat diversifikasi bisnis ke energi terbarukan, serta menjaga daya saing dan keberlanjutan perusahaan di tengah volatilitas industri batubara dan tuntutan global dekarbonisasi.
