Perancangan Model Bisnis pada Park Hotel Jakarta dengan Metode Business Model Canvas merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan responsivitas bisnis hotel dalam menghadapi dinamika industri perhotelan. Metode Business Model Canvas (BMC) dipilih sebagai landasan perancangan untuk menyusun kerangka kerja yang komprehensif dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggali informasi melalui mekanisme pengumpulan data, termasuk wawancara langsung dengan manajemen hotel, survei kepada konsumen, dan studi pustaka industri perhotelan. Analisis BMC akan difokuskan pada elemen-elemen kunci, seperti Segmen Pelanggan, Proposisi Nilai, Saluran Distribusi, Hubungan Pelanggan, Sumber Pendapatan, Sumber Daya Kunci, Kegiatan Kunci, Mitra Kunci, dan Struktur Biaya. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan dapat dihasilkan model bisnis yang lebih inovatif, efisien, dan dapat menjawab tuntutan pasar serta meningkatkan daya saing Park Hotel Jakarta di industri perhotelan yang kompetitif.
