Industri kosmetik di Indonesia, khususnya perusahaan maklon seperti PT XYZ, mengalami pertumbuhan pesat. Namun, pemindahan drum produksi seberat 150-200 kg dengan metode manual material handling (MMH) menyebabkan keluhan pada lengan, bahu, dan punggung, serta meningkatkan risiko Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini melakukan intervensi ergonomi berbasis perhitungan GOTRAK dan RULA untuk mengurangi dampak negatif tersebut. Melalui Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan pendekatan antropometri, dirancang alat bantu Material Handling Equipment (MHE) piping. Simulasi penerapan MHE piping menunjukkan perbaikan postur operator, menurunkan penggunaan MMH, dan risiko MSDs.
