Author Guidelines

1. Scope dan Ketentuan Umum

Jurnal Charity menerbitkan artikel Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang merupakan hasil penelitian dosen perguruan tinggi. Naskah harus ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris dan mengikuti Template Jurnal Charity.

2. Format Penulisan

Judul artikel maksimal 20 kata
Naskah ditulis sesuai template jurnal
Sistem sitasi dan referensi menggunakan Format IEEE
Jumlah referensi minimal 12 dan disarankan terbit dalam 5 tahun terakhir

3. Identitas Penulis

Nama penulis ditulis tanpa gelar
Penulis korespondensi diberi tanda (*)
Afiliasi mencantumkan:
- Program Studi/Fakultas
- Universitas/Perguruan Tinggi
- Negara
Alamat email seluruh penulis wajib dicantumkan

4. Abstrak dan Kata Kunci

Abstrak:

Ditulis dalam satu paragraf (spasi 1)
Panjang 100–300 kata
Tidak diperbolehkan mencantumkan sitasi
Memuat:
- Latar belakang masalah
- Tujuan kegiatan
- Metode
- Hasil dan/atau kesimpulan
- Dampak atau kontribusi
Hasil disajikan dalam bentuk data kuantitatif (persentase, nilai, dsb.)

Kata Kunci:

Terdiri dari 3–5 kata
Dipisahkan dengan tanda titik koma (;)

5. Struktur Artikel

Naskah disusun dengan sistematika sebagai berikut:

Pendahuluan

Latar belakang dan permasalahan mitra
Analisis situasi dan lokasi mitra
Solusi yang ditawarkan
Menggunakan sitasi bernomor [1], [2]–[5]
Panjang sekitar 10–20% dari keseluruhan artikel

Metode

Prosedur dan teknik pelaksanaan pengabdian
Kajian literatur singkat
Dapat memuat persamaan matematis atau algoritma
Panjang sekitar 20–30% dari keseluruhan artikel

Hasil

Menyajikan hasil dan luaran kegiatan pengabdian
Dilengkapi tabel, gambar, dan data kuantitatif
Merupakan bagian utama (50–65% dari artikel)

Diskusi

Pembahasan hasil berdasarkan perspektif mitra
Dapat dilengkapi diagram atau hasil kuesioner
Panjang sekitar 10–20%

Kesimpulan

Disajikan dalam bentuk paragraf
Merangkum hasil utama
Tidak mengulang isi abstrak

Ucapan Terima Kasih

Ditujukan kepada penyandang dana, mitra, dan pihak pendukung kegiatan

Daftar Pustaka

Menggunakan Format IEEE
Referensi ditulis sesuai urutan sitasi
Disarankan menggunakan Mendeley, Zotero, atau reference manager lainnya

6. Tabel, Gambar, dan Persamaan

Tabel dan gambar harus jelas dan tidak buram
Resolusi gambar minimal 300 dpi
Setiap tabel dan gambar wajib dirujuk dalam teks
Persamaan ditulis menggunakan Equation Editor/MathType dan diberi nomor urut

7. Proses Submit Naskah

Penulis melakukan registrasi/login di website jurnal
Naskah diunggah melalui menu Submit Manuscript
Naskah akan melalui proses review dan editing
Artikel diterbitkan sesuai hasil review dan keputusan editor

Submission Preparation Checklist

check The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
check The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
check Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
check The text is single-spaced; uses a 11-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
check The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
