Semakin meluasnya penyebaran COVID19 di Indonesia, maka tentunya banyak daerah terdampak, khususnya secara ekonomi. Dengan belum ditemukannya vaksin, kondidi ini memaksa beberapa pemegang kebijakan untuk tetap menjalankan ekonomi. Kondisi ini disebut dengan new normal. Dalam melaksanakan new normal, aktivitas harian, khususnya yang bersinggungan dengan ekonomi dilakukan dengan diiringi protokol keamanan kesehatan yang ketat. Contohnya adalah menggunakan masker, menjaga jarak, atau menggunkan faceshield. Dalam menghadapi Covid di dalam New Normal, penggunaan faceshield lebih disarankan, tidak hanya masker saja. Untuk itu, tim Pengabdian Masyarakat yang merupakan gabungan dari Fakultas Ilmu Terapan dan Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Telkom melakukan Pengabdian Masyarakat di Desa Ciluncat untuk pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi untuk media informasi COVID19 serta pembuatan faceshield beserta tutorialnya. Dari kegiatan ini, 98,3% peserta merasa setuju dan terbantu dengan adanya kegiatan ini.
