SMP (Sekolah Mengengah Pertama) Bina Taruna saat ini telah berupaya untuk melaksanakan Pertemuan Tatap Muka (PTM) terbatas pasca perkembangan situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang telah memasuki tahun kedua. Sekolah swasta yang terletak di saerah Bojongsoang, Kabupaten Bandung Jawa Barat ini menjadi alternatif pilihan penduduk sekitar untuk menempuh pendidikan tingkat menengah pertama. Berdasarkan observasi yang sudah dilakukan sebelumnya, situasi kelas yang digunakan untuk kegiatan belajar pada SMP Bina Taruna sudah diterapkan beberapa pengaturan dengan jarak yang sesuai dengan prosedur dan anjuran protokol kesehatan dari pemerintah, Namun, penerapan ini belum dibantu dengan marka grafis yang berfungsi sebagai penanda pada berbagai pengaturan yang disesuaikan dengan protokol Kesehatan. Tujuan utama dari program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) adalah melakukan perancangan marka grafis protokol kesehatan pada SMP Bina Taruna Bandung untuk dapat memudahkan warga sekolah menerapkan prosedur protokol kesehatan pada kegiatan PTM terbatas. Dengan dilaksanakannya program PkM berupa perancangan marka grafis ini diharapkan membantu warga sekolah SMP Bina Taruna dalam melaksakaan kegiatan belajar mengajar.
