Dalam era teknologi yang semakin maju, keamanan barang berharga di lingkungan instansi pemerintahan menjadi prioritas utama. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, dosen dan asisten Lab. CPS FTE Universitas Telkom mempersembahkan SiJaga untuk Kantor Desa Sukapura di Kabupaten Bandung. SiJaga merupakan sebuah smart safety box yang memanfaatkan teknologi RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) untuk memastikan bahwa hanya pengguna yang berwenang yang dapat mengakses box. SiJaga dilengkapi dengan modul ESP8266 sehingga memungkinkan untuk terhubung ke jaringan WiFi kantor untuk selanjutnya dapat mengirimkan data ke database cloud secara real-time. User SiJaga dapat mengakses informasi yang tersimpan di database ini melalui website. SiJaga tidak hanya meningkatkan keamanan di kantor dengan mengurangi risiko kehilangan barang berharga, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai alat edukasi bagi para staf kantor dalam memahami penerapan teknologi IoT. Selain itu, sistem otomatis yang terintegrasi dalam SiJaga dapat membantu dalam mengelola keamanan barang secara efisien dan fleksibel. Dengan demikian, SiJaga menawarkan kombinasi unggul antara keamanan, edukasi, dan efisiensi, yang mendukung terciptanya lingkungan kantor yang lebih aman, cerdas, dan berdaya saing.
