Pemanfaatan Limbah Pelepah Pisang Berbasis SDG Target 8.3 Kewirausahaan, Kreativitas, Inovasi untuk Pemberdayaan Perempuan di Kelurahan Cipaganti Kecamatan Coblong, Bandung

Abstract
Pemanfaatan limbah organik sebagai sumber daya ekonomi menjadi pendekatan strategis dalam mewujudkan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya Target 8.3 yang menekankan pentingnya kewirausahaan, kreativitas, dan inovasi. Di Kelurahan Cipaganti, Kecamatan Coblong, Kota Bandung, limbah pelepah pisang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, sementara kelompok perempuan memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai pelaku ekonomi kreatif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan perempuan melalui pelatihan kriya berbasis limbah pelepah pisang dalam kerangka ekonomi sirkular.
Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dan praktik langsung (experiential learning) melalui pelatihan teknis, diskusi reflektif, dan pembuatan prototipe produk kriya. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 27 peserta perempuan dan dilaksanakan dalam satu hari pelatihan intensif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan 5 indikator berbasis skala Likert dan dokumentasi kegiatan.
Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu menghasilkan produk kriya alas gelas untuk ketrampilan dasar. Terdapat peningkatan pemahaman terhadap konsep ekonomi sirkular dan potensi kewirausahaan lokal. Selain itu, muncul inisiatif untuk membentuk kelompok usaha bersama. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat kolaborasi multipihak berbasis prinsip Pentahelix.
Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa limbah pelepah pisang dapat menjadi media pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pendekatan kewirausahaan, kreativitas, dan inovasi. Dampak kegiatan tidak hanya pada peningkatan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga pada perubahan pola pikir terhadap limbah sebagai sumber daya dan peran perempuan dalam pembangunan ekonomi lokal berkelanjutan.

Author Biography
Ratna Lindawati Lubis Telkom University
Her doctoral research work has focused on the Entrepreneurship Education (EE) in the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Her dissertation has suggested that the new forms of EE are emerging, both within and outside of formal education systems. There are a number approaches that are being applied in many forms and entrepreneurial settings, namely: “ecopreneur”, “edupreneur”, “creativepreneur”, “digipreneur”, “sociopreneur”, and “technopreneur”.
