Pelatihan Pemasaran Digital untuk Siswa SMKN 1 Majayala dan SMKN LPPM RI Majalaya

Paper ini membahas tentang kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan Digital Marketing bagi siswa SMKN 1 Majalaya dan SMK LPPM RI Majalaya. Pelatihan ini diadakan oleh beberapa dosen Fakultas Informatika Telkom University bekerja sama dengan Firli Group (PT Aksama Brewu Berkah) yang diadakan pada tanggal 20-22 Agustus 2024. Materi pelatihan yang disampaikan mencakup pengenalan tentang spesialisasi di bidang media sosial, pengelolaan akun media sosial, penggunaan beberapa platform media sosial untuk pemasaran digital serta pengukuran performansi konten media sosial. Kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan magang Siswa SMK di PT Aksama Brewu Berkah, yang dilaksanakan pada 19 Agustus hingga 15 November 2024. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner kepuasan, peserta menilai puas dengan kegiatan pelatihan yang diadakan dengan rata-rata skor kepuasan (Mean Satisfaction Score) sebesar 75,3% dan tingkat kepuasan (Customer Satisfaction Index) sebesar 81,2%. Sebagai upaya perbaikan kegiatan serupa, dapat dilakukan dengan proses survei awal untuk pemilihan materi yang akan disampaikan sesuai minat siswa dan memperbaiki teknis penyampaian materi.
