Pelatihan Inisiasi Holding Manajemen Unit Usaha Kopontren Al Bahjah

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menginisiasi pembentukan holding manajemen bagi Koperasi Pondok Pesantren (Kopontren) Al Bahjah. Inisiatif ini didasarkan pada potensi besar Kopontren Al Bahjah dalam mengembangkan ekonomi pesantren, namun terkendala oleh manajemen yang belum terintegrasi dan optimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif, melibatkan pengurus Kopontren, santri, dan masyarakat sekitar melalui serangkaian diskusi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terbentuknya kerangka kerja holding manajemen yang meliputi struktur organisasi, sistem pengelolaan keuangan, strategi pemasaran, dan rencana pengembangan usaha. Diharapkan, dengan adanya holding manajemen ini, Kopontren Al Bahjah dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan daya saing, sehingga memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi komunitas pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar.
