Announcement: Journal Complete Website Migration

In accordance with the merger of Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya into Telkom University, as stipulated by the Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Mendikbudristek) No. 931/E/O/2023, we announce that the Journal Complete website will be relocated.

New official website (effective January 2026):
https://journals.telkomuniversity.ac.id/complete

Previous website (until December 2025):
http://journal.ittelkom-sby.ac.id/complete

Transition Period (2024–2025)

• Until Volume 6, Issue 2 (December 2025), submissions and publications will continue to be processed on the old website.

• Manuscripts under review on the old website will proceed until a final decision (acceptance/rejection), after which they will be migrated to the new website.

Full Migration (Starting January 2026)

• Beginning January 1, 2026, all journal activities—including submission, review, and editorial processes—will be conducted exclusively on the new website.

• Volume 7, Issue 1 (July 2026) and all subsequent issues will be managed and published only through the new website. 

• The old website will remain available as an archive for previously published articles, ensuring that citations and author references remain unaffected.
