Pembuatan Model 3D Gedung Telkom University untuk Game Metaverse Berbasis Geolocation yang dirancang oleh Center of e- Learning and Open Education

Metaverse adalah perkembangan teknologiRealitas Virtual yang masih belum memiliki definisi pasti.Secara umum, Metaverse dapat diartikan sebagai ruangRealitas Virtual di mana pengguna dapat berinteraksi dalamlingkungan yang diciptakan oleh komputer, bersama denganpengguna lain dalam waktu nyata. Konsep Metaverse jugamelibatkan penggunaan model 3D, yang meningkatkanpengalaman visual dalam dunia Realitas Virtual, menyerupaidunia nyata. Dalam konteks proyek akhir ini, penulismembahas langkah-langkah pembuatan model 3D gedung-gedung di Telkom University selama menjalani magang diCenter of e-learning and Open Education. Proyek inimenghasilkan empat model 3D gedung, termasuk GedungSebatik (kemiripan model 3D 81,67%), Gedung gabungan(kemiripan model 3D 82,33%), Gedung Damar (kemiripanmodel 3D 82,33%), dan Gedung Benggala (kemiripan model 3D86,50%). Metode yang diterapkan adalah metode prototipe,yang melibatkan tiga tahap: pengumpulan kebutuhan aset,proses desain, serta review dan revisi. Hasil akhir proyek iniadalah model 3D gedung-gedung Telkom University, yangmemiliki nilai signifikan bagi Center of e-Learning and OpenEducation dalam pengembangan game Metaverse.
