Journal of Applied Engineering and Social Sciences (JAESS) is a scholarly magazine that provides a unique forum for interdisciplinary research in the disciplines of applied engineering and social sciences. The Faculty of Applied Sciences at Telkom University published JAESS twice in one year, with a focus on the application of engineering concepts in a social context. This can pave the way for research that combines technological expertise to foster collaborative thinking and inventive solutions with a thorough awareness of the social impact that problem-solving has in the real world.

This journal focuses on publishing research results in applied sciences. Topics include, but are not limited to Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, Telecommunication Technology, Computer Technology, Software Engineering, Multimedia Engineering Technology, Hospitality, and Marketing Management.
