This journal discusses the design and implementation of a Couple Tank system equipped with an interactive GUI and PID control using the Arduino ATmega microcontroller. The research aims to provide a practical and effective learning experience for electrical engineering students. The system utilizes GUI for intuitive and visual device operation, while PID control helps the system achieve desired water levels as per the set point. Calibration results show improved accuracy of ultrasonic sensor readings and high precision of the flow meter sensor. The integration of hardware, PID control, and interactive GUI is expected to enhance students' understanding of control technology and automation in fluid processing industries. Additionally, the system serves as an effective practical tool to support learning control concepts for engineering students
