INTEGRASI HARDWARE DAN PENGEMBANGAN GUI BERBASIS PYTHON UNTUK SISTEM COUPLE TANK

Makalah ini membahas tentang perancangan dan implementasi sistem Couple Tank yang dilengkapi dengan GUI interaktif dan kendali PID menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino ATmega. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang praktis dan efektif bagi mahasiswa teknik elektro. Sistem ini memanfaatkan GUI untuk mengoperasikan perangkat dengan cara yang intuitif dan visual, sementara kendali PID membantu sistem mencapai level air sesuai dengan set point yang diinginkan. Hasil kalibrasi menunjukkan peningkatan ketelitian pembacaan sensor ultrasonik dan tingkat akurasi tinggi pada sensor flow meter. Integrasi perangkat keras, kendali PID, dan GUI interaktif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang teknologi kontrol dan kendali otomatis dalam industri pengolahan fluida. Sistem ini juga berfungsi sebagai alat praktikum yang efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran konsep kontrol pada mahasiswa teknik.
