About the Journal

Jurnal Manajemen Indonesia (JMI) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by the School of Economics and Business, Telkom University. The journal serves as an academic platform for disseminating high-quality research and fostering scholarly exchange among academics, practitioners, policymakers, and other stakeholders at national and international levels.

JMI welcomes empirical research that advances management theories and practices. The journal covers, but is not limited to, the following areas:
