Abstract: Blind is a general term to describe the condition of someone who experiences disturbances or obstacles in their sense of sight. A blind person is seen as someone who is helpless, incompetent, and unable to carry out activities like a normal person, which will result in a loss of self-esteem for a blind person. The blind are included in the sensory disability category according to Article 4 of the Law on Persons with Disabilities. The government's efforts to address the problems of blind people include social rehabilitation, empowerment, social security and protection, one of which is through the Bali Indonesian Blind Association (PERTUNI) organization. A blind person always has an effort to develop orientation and mobility skills through dialogue between the body, senses and space and is able to create a sense of being part of the process of creating comfort for the blind. So a process of studying the interior elements of buildings for the blind in Bali was carried out using the case study of the PERTUNI Bali building. The data obtained was then analyzed using a qualitative approach and presented through design criteria, so that this paper can be a solution in interior design that can meet the needs of blind people in Bali.
