Analisis Preferensi Masyarakat Di Indonesia Terhadap Pemilihan Bahan Bakar Kendaraan Bermotor Non Subsidi Menggunakan Metode Conjoint Analysis

Abstract
Pertumbuhan jumlah kendaraan bermotor di Indonesia mendorong meningkatnya konsumsi bahan bakar minyak (BBM), khususnya jenis non-subsidi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi masyarakat Indonesia dalam memilih BBM non-subsidi dengan menggunakan metode Conjoint Analysis. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi enam atribut utama yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen, yaitu harga (price), ketersediaan (availability), kualitas (quality), peralatan (equipment), tenaga kerja (manpower), dan aksesibilitas (accessibility). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 455 responden yang merupakan pengguna kendaraan bermotor dan menggunakan BBM non-subsidi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut harga menjadi faktor paling dominan dalam menentukan preferensi konsumen, disusul oleh kualitas dan aksesibilitas. Metode Conjoint Analysis berhasil memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai kombinasi atribut yang paling diminati konsumen, serta menghasilkan nilai utilitas (part-worth) untuk tiap atribut. Temuan ini dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan penyedia BBM dan pemerintah sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam penyusunan kebijakan dan strategi pemasaran BBM non-subsidi di Indonesia.
