Manuscripts may be written in Indonesian or English and must contain the following sections in order:

- Abstract and Keywords: The abstract must not exceed 200 words, accompanied by a maximum of 6 keywords separated by commas. Both the abstract and keywords must be formatted in bold. (Note: For manuscripts written in Indonesian, the title, abstract, and keywords must be provided in both Indonesian and English).
- Introduction: This section should narratively cover the background, objectives, problem identification, and research contributions within the paragraphs (do not use explicit bullet points or numbered lists).
- Related Works: This section should discuss the previous related works and eventually highlight the posisition of this research with respect to previous related works.
- Methodology / System Model: With the exception of the "Introduction" and "Conclusion" sections, the headings of the main body must explicitly reflect their specific content. Avoid vague or generic headings such as "Theoretical Background" or "System".
- Results and Discussion: This section should detail the concepts, research models, experimental data, and comprehensive scientific analysis.
- Conclusion and Suggestions: A summary of the main findings and recommendations for future research.
- References: A list of all cited literatures. The number of references should be at least 15 references with the date of publication is no older than 5 years of this submitted paper (unless for foundational theories)
- Appendices (Optional): May be included if highly necessary to support the manuscript.
- Formatting and Layout Guidelines
- Color Scheme: All parts of the manuscript, including textual discussions, tables, and graphs, must be in strictly black and white (not color or grayscale). If absolutely necessary, photographic images or pictures may be presented in grayscale, but color is strictly prohibited.
- Paper Size and Margins: Manuscripts must be prepared on A4 paper (21 cm x 29.7 cm). Upon initial submission, the manuscript should not include page numbers, headers, or footers. The page margins are set to 25 mm for the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right. Headers and footers are positioned at 15 mm.
- Column Layout: The Title, Author Identity, Abstract, and Keywords must be presented in a single-column layout. The main body of the manuscript must be presented in a two-column layout, with a column width of 75 mm and a 10 mm spacing between columns.
- Typography: The text must use Times New Roman, 10 pt, with the exception of the Manuscript Title, which should be 12 pt. Foreign or non-native terms must be italicized.
- Spacing: The manuscript must be single-spaced. A single blank line (one space) must be added between the following elements, Title and Authors, Abstract.
- Mathematical Equations, Tables, and Figures
- Equations: Mathematical equations must be indented by 7.5 mm and sequentially numbered using Arabic numerals in parentheses, aligned to the right margin of the column. Extended equations that cannot fit within a single column may span across both columns; these should be placed at the bottom of the page and numbered accordingly.
- In-text Math Symbols: Mathematical symbols embedded within text paragraphs should be inserted using the "Insert Symbol" function, not the Equation Editor.
- Tables: Table numbers and titles must be placed above the table in Title Case (e.g., Table 1, Table 2(a)). A half-space distance must be applied between the title and the table.
- Figures: Figure numbers and titles must be placed below the figure in Title Case (e.g., Figure 1, Figure 2(a)). A half-space distance must be applied between the figure and its title.
- Citations and References
- Reference List Order: The reference list must be arranged alphabetically based on the last name of the first author, numbered sequentially within square brackets (e.g., [1], [2]).
- Reference Format: Reference elements must follow this sequence, separated by commas: (1) Author's name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name without academic titles), (2) Title of the work, (3) Publisher, (4) City of Publication, (5) Year of Publication.
- In-text Citation: Every source listed in the References must be cited in the manuscript body, and conversely, the reference list must only contain sources cited in the text. In-text citations should use the corresponding bracketed numbers (e.g., [1], [2, 5-7]).
- Peer Review and Editorial Process
- Evaluation: Manuscript acceptance and publication suitability are determined through an Editorial Board Meeting. Decisions are based on evaluations from Expert Reviewers utilizing an anonymous (blind) peer-review system to assess the originality and scientific validity of the manuscript. Reviewers are assigned based on the alignment of the manuscript's topic with their specific expertise.
- Editorial Rights: The Editorial Board reserves the right to copyedit the manuscript to improve clarity and adjust the layout without altering the core scientific meaning. Should substantial or fundamental revisions be required, the manuscript will be returned to the authors for correction.
- Notifications: Authors will be formally notified in writing regarding the rejection, requests for revision, or final acceptance of their manuscript.
